PAYMENTS:
The payment of your booking is due with the booking confirmation. You will then receive further information about your Saarpartment. You will receive the four-digit access code for the key safe at the entrance to the Saarpartments at 4 p.m. (earliest possible check-in time) on the day of your arrival. CANCELLATION CONDITIONS:
Bookings can be canceled free of charge up to 14 days before arrival (6 p.m.). If you cancel after that, we charge 80% of the booking costs. In case of no-show without cancellations, 100% booking costs will be charged.
Bookings can only be made from a minimum age of 30 years.
1. Check-in is from 4 p.m., check-out by 11 a.m. at the latest. An Priority-Check-In or a Late-Check-Out is possible, subject to availability, for only 9€/h. Guests who stay beyond the agreed check-out time or who delay our cleaning services are responsible for all resulting costs and expenses.
2. The guest is not permitted to make reservations with Saarpartments within his place of residence. Please contact us if you would like to book in your own place of residence.
3. Parties and excessive volume are not allowed, not even on balconies. Smoking (No Shisha) is only allowed on balconies, but not in the SaarPartments or in communal areas such as hallways or stairwells. If the smoking ban and Shisha Tabak is violated, a fee of € 250 plus costs for special cleaning and damage repair is due.
4. Commercial photography / videography without written permission as well as illegal activities or file sharing are strictly prohibited and will be punished with a report.
5. Guests with more than those specified in the reservation are not permitted. For each unauthorized guest we charge 30 € per night of the reservation.
6. Animals are not allowed. Violations of our animal guidelines can result in a separate cleaning fee. Guests with service animals are asked to contact them prior to their stay.
7. The guest is responsible and liable for the cost of replacing lost keys, key cards, remote controls or parking permits.
8. Systems for measuring the noise level may be installed in the apartments in order to monitor excessive noise levels. Video surveillance can be installed in public areas.
9. Guests are fully responsible and liable for any damage or loss to the premises and facilities. Guests must report any damage to our customer service.
10. By booking a reservation, you agree to comply with the house rules. Guests who do not adhere to the house rules are liable for any resulting damage, fees, costs or expenses. Otherwise, the reservation may be canceled immediately and the apartment may be vacated without a refund.
